BetterBid wasn't founded, it was willed into being out of frustration, heartbreak, and rage.

We've heard hundreds of stories: families drained of savings, seniors manipulated, people spiraling into anxiety, depression, mental breakdowns and suicide. Some never recovered. Some aren't here anymore.

Our mission is absolute: eliminate 100% of home service scams in Canada. Not avoid. Not improve. Eliminate.

Every tool we build, every service we offer, every decision we make answers to that single, uncompromising goal.

The home service industry has operated without accountability and transparency for too long. Canadians deserve to hire help without fear. We won't stop until that's reality.
